I have an interest in applying physics and data science/analysis techniques to understand the structure of water in different thermodynamic conditions. In my PhD I studied the free energy landscape of water in supercooled conditions as well as near hydrophobic interfaces using unsupervised learning methods.
Currently, I am a postdoc in the CPC lab, where I am working on extracting meaningful dynamical information from noisy time series data.
